How long does it take for my mattress to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive between 3-7 business days. Please allow extra time when ordering near a weekend or holiday, as we do not ship during these times.

Can I request a delivery date?

Definitely! Please notate your desired receiving date in the “Order Notes” section before checkout. Please also email [email protected] to coordinate with our customer service team and they will do their best to hit your desired date.
Do I pay for shipping?

How does the 100 Night Rest Test Work?

When we say you can try our childrens mattress 100% risk-free, we mean it! If for ANY reason you or your little one is not completely satisfied with any of our products during the first 100 days of using your kids mattress, you may return it for a full refund. Please email us and we will help arrange to have the products donated to a local charity in your area or we will arrange to have the products picked up at your home.
What is the Recycling Fee, and why do I have to pay it?

If you live in California, Connecticut, Oregon or Rhode Island, state law requires retailers to collect a “recycling fee” on each mattress, box spring, foundation, and base sold. This fee is “per piece.” Each state approves the fee amount, and it isn’t set or controlled by the retailer in any way. The total fee you pay will depends on the state you live in and what elements of our kids mattress options you order. Unfortunately, we’re just the messenger here – but we’re confident that you’ll love your new children’s mattress so much it’ll be well worth it!

How big is the mattress shipping box?

Our mattress box is 48″ x 17″ x 17″. But don’t worry, we manage to fit a complete children’s mattress in that small box!

How heavy are the boxes?

All prices include the weight of packaging.

Our 8″ Original Memory Foam Mattress + Bedding Bundle is 49 lbs for the twin, 60 lbs for the full and 69 lbs for the queen. Our 9″ Advanced Hybrid Mattress + Bedding Bundle is 54 lbs for the twin, 72 lbs for the full and 80 lbs for the queen

Our 8″ Original Memory Foam Mattress is 37 lbs for the twin, 51 lbs for the full and 59 lbs for the queen. Our 9″ Advanced Hybrid Mattress + Bedding Bundle is 47 lbs for the twin, 64 lbs for the full and 75 lbs for the queen. Our shipping partners will bring it to your door, but you may want to find a friend to help you get it from your front door into your child’s room.
