1.Return period
You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product (the original purchase receipt must be retained).
Except for special customized products or clearance products (clearly marked when purchased).
- Return conditions
Unopened products: The outer packaging of the mattress is intact and has not been opened or used, and a full refund can be made.
Unopened products: If there are quality problems (such as material defects, severe odor, etc.) or serious discrepancies with the description, they can be returned and refunded after verification.
Hygiene requirements: For the sake of children’s health, mattresses that have been opened and have no quality problems are generally not supported for return (except for laws in some countries/regions that provide otherwise).
- Return process
Contact customer service: Submit a return application via phone/email/online customer service, and provide the order number, problem description and photo proof.
Review confirmation: We will verify and notify you within 1-3 working days whether the return application has been approved.
Returned goods: After the review is passed, please send the goods back to the designated address (the logistics order number must be retained).
Refund processing: After receiving and accepting the goods, the money will be returned within 5-7 working days.
- Notes
Please use the original packaging or similar strong packaging when returning goods to avoid transportation damage.
For returns without quality issues, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer; for quality issues, the shipping cost shall be borne by us.
The refund amount does not include the coupons, discounts or gift cards in the original order.
- Special instructions
Children’s mattresses are personal products. It is recommended to check them before unpacking and using them after receiving them.
To protect the health of children, used mattresses without quality problems will not be accepted for return.
